Health Insurance Billing

How can I bill my health insurance company for an order? How does the billing work with my health insurance company?

We would be happy to provide you with a cost estimate which you can send to your responsible health insurance company (personal contact person) together with a valid prescription by letter or simply by email.

To do this, simply complete an order in advance. Your order will be saved in advance without immediate payment being necessary.

After you have sent us a short request by email to info@lace-wig.eu, we will provide you with a cost estimate based on the order.

Only the total amount of your order is shown in the cost estimate. You are therefore also welcome to order several items.

Please note that we have to add a flat rate of €49.90 to the invoice amount for administration work when billing the health insurance company, as we incur costs due to the sometimes complicated billing process.

After your responsible health insurance company has checked and approved the cost estimate, we usually receive the cost approval within 14 days.

We will then inform you about the necessary statutory co-payment and your personal contribution.

As soon as we have the approval, we will place your order as requested.

The reimbursement from your health insurance company will be made directly to our bank account.
